Safari 9.1 is now available and addresses the following:

OS X El Capitan v10.11 to v10.11.3
Impact: Processing maliciously crafted XML may lead to unexpected
application termination or arbitrary code execution
Description: Multiple memory corruption issues were addressed
through improved memory handling.
