Paul Rohar discovered that libdbd-mysql-perl, the Perl DBI database
driver for MySQL and MariaDB, constructed an error message in a
fixed-length buffer, leading to a crash (_FORTIFY_SOURCE failure) and,
potentially, to denial of service.
