A Turkish hacking group is encouraging individuals to join its DDoS-for-Points platform that features points and prizes for carrying out distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against a list of predetermined targets.
The points earned can later be redeemed for various online click-fraud and hacking tools.

Personal details of nearly 50 Million Turkish citizens, including the country’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, have been compromised and posted online in a massive security breach.
A database, which contains 49,611,709 records, appeared on the website of an Icelandic group on Monday, offering download links to anyone interested.

A 26-year-old hacker has been sentenced to 334 years in prison for identity theft as well as mass bank fraud in Turkey, or in simple words, he has been sentenced to life in prison.
