Safari 9 is now available and addresses the following:

Available for: OS X Mavericks v10.9.5,
OS X Yosemite v10.10.5 and OS X El Capitan v10.11
Impact: Visiting a malicious website may lead to user interface
spoofing
Description: Multiple user interface inconsistencies may have
allowed a malicious website to display an arbitrary URL. These issues
were addressed through improved URL display logic.
